Gecko Video Contest: and the winner is...

I'm very proud of the participation we've seen since the launch of the Gecko Video Contest. There are definitely some great videos and presentations utilizing Jim Rosenbaum's Gecko! Thank you to each of the members who submitted a video into the contest!
After reviewing each of the video entries, consulting with pro magician Andy Amyx and reading member submitted feedback and ratings, we've decided to offer up both the Grand Prize and Second Place prize packages!

Without further ado... drum roll please...

First place, and the winner of the Grand Prize package ($500 worth of magic!), goes to Colin H of Twinsburg, OH!

Colin's presentation was simple and very clean. His vanishes were some of the best we've seen and without unnecessary jerks and other quirky moves. Extra credit given for his unique application of the Gecko for the selected card and clipboard effect! Overall, Colin handled the Gecko with finesse and subtlety in action - something all Gecko owners should strive for!

Second place, and the winner of the Second Place Prize package, goes to Zack7824 of Waipahu, HI!
Zach never ceases to amaze me with his magic and video production skills! Zach was very creative with his application of the Gecko as well from simple vanishes to a very cool snow effect. My favorite was his transformation of a glass marble to a gecko charm!

Congratulations to both Colin and Zach and all the contest participants who will receive an advanced copy of the Gecko: Advanced Handling DVD! Please remember to send me your mailing address if you wish to receive your prize!
