Nice one Ryan, I am sure the members will find the new features useful and fun;
If I can help in any way just ask, in the mean time if I can think of anything more to add, would that be ok to post the idea,s back in here, that goes for every one --- if you have an idea -- post it ! thats how the site will grow and become even more enjoyable for all of us.
I like it that you can chat with everyone thats online but not to many people are online when im on but still a cool feature. would like to see maybe a search engine that you can search for local people instead of keeping to search page by page. thats about it... everyone needs to start adding more people to the site to make it bigger thanks for making the site...oh and maybe add some music or if were able to put up our own music to our page other than that everything is very cool and its great to see a website like this .....thanks cory
Why aren't members required to use their real names like on FaceBook? This seems like many of the people just moved over from the Magic Cafe with their same old pseudonyms. If this is to be a try social network, then I think everyone should use their real names.
Thanks for the feedback (Yes, believe it or not I actually do read all of the feedback!)...
You do bring up a valid point - and there are pros and cons to both sides of requiring a member to use their real name. Without getting into all of them here, the reality is that the social-network platform the Club is built on does not have such functionality. Even so, there is no way to verify a member's name is in fact theirs.
I actually started off using my stage name ROMM (Ryan Ogaard Magic & Mystery), but later changed to my actual name because I do want others to know me, the operator and owner, by my name - not my stage name. For others, they may wish to be known by a stage name, nick name, or other.
It is great having you as a member, Scott Wells (great name!), and I look forward to seeing more of you around the Club!
Sincerely,
Ryan Ogaard (aka ROMM), Owner

Scott, I don't know. I just stumbled on this site and am trying to get it going because I think it could be real cool. I do not know Ryan ,I am putting a serious 2 weeks in to try and bring it to the attention of the community. Please do what you can to help,like maybe mail the link to your friends.
Thanks.
Thank you for your reply and I am sure there are pros and cons to posting "real" names. And your premise that there is no way to verify real names, I think that's no problem. If someone wants to call themselves Derren Brown or Fred Kaps or Dai Vernon or whatever, and I wanted to add them because I "thought" I knew them based on the name they use, I could always later delete them as a friend when I found out they are not whom they presume or pretend to be. I could also keep them as "friends" if I thought they were genuine and sincere in their passion for our craft.
Anyway, just my penny's worth. It's still a nice site and has potential.
